Our Guarantee
Rees Marketing Resources guarantees our products to be free of manufacturing errors or product defects. While customized items cannot be accepted for return unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect, we do stand behind the quality of our products and will work with you to ensure your satisfaction to the best of our ability.

Payments for Orders
Rees Marketing Resources requires a 50% deposit on all new accounts and first time orders with balance due upon shipment.   Terms may be established for future orders, please contact us for details.

Your order document is the final contract specifying all Terms & Conditions for your job. No other agreement, except as otherwise mutually agreed in writing, (including client purchase order or Rees Marketing Resources Job Acknowledgement document) is the complete agreement of the parties and supersedes all other agreements or understandings, written or oral.

Artwork and Proofs
Artwork must be supplied per the templates provided by Rees Marketing Resources. Client-submitted artwork should be reviewed internally prior to submitting to Rees Marketing Resources for production and final output. Rees Marketing Resources is not liable for errors in client-submitted art or designer-submitted files. Rees Marketing Resources provides proofs for all jobs to ensure accuracy. Proof approval and/or changes needed must be provided in writing by the client. To ensure accuracy, proofs must be approved by client for production to begin. Changes to final proofs may result in additional charges.

Changes or Cancellations
Changes to orders in progress may require additional cost and/or time. Cancellation after order is in progress will require payment for worked performed and material fees. Please contact us for details specific to your order for fees required.

Because our products are custom, the production run can vary resulting in more or less of the total item ordered. We reserve the right to ship up to 10% over or under based on industry standards. Your final invoice will reflect the quantity that was shipped. If an EXACT quantity is needed, please specify prior to ordering as there may be a surcharge.

Production Time
Production time is different for every order and product. Lead time for each project depends on the factory’s current production schedule. Items requiring special production times must be discussed prior to job placement. Production time begins when Rees Marketing Resources receives final proof approval from the client.

Material selection and availability may change without notice and are subject to occasional mill variations in texture, weight and color.

Freight is shipped F.O.B. by the production factory. Completed jobs generally ship ground service or truck carrier depending on the size of the job. If you desire expedited freight or for your job to be shipped on a company freight account please notify Rees Marketing Resources prior to shipment. We need to be notified of any needed “inside deliveries” at time of job placement to ensure correct delivery location.

Split Shipments
Rees Marketing Resources is happy to provide split shipments if required. Please note that some factory surcharges may apply, depending on the order. Please contact us for details specific to your order.

Damaged Goods/Claims
If your shipment/product has been damaged during transit, please mark the shipper receipt as “received damaged” and call us immediately so we can rectify the problem.
